Warranty terms are written into the supply agreement for each program. This page is for shoe factories and footwear brands. It is not a consumer guarantee.
Coverage, term, exclusions, and spare parts are set in that agreement. supfit does not sell dials or spare parts to the person wearing the shoe. Replacements go through the brand or the factory.
